Common questions
How do I approve a deliverable?
Open it from Needs your review on Home or from the delivery status, then approve or return comments in the task. A remark in a meeting is not recorded as an approval.
Can I ask for something outside the retainer?
Yes. Use the change request form on Files and requests. Noah scopes it as a separate change with its own owner and date before any work starts.
Where do the figures come from?
From the campaign results and account plan tables, reconciled monthly with your team. Live blocks show data through Sep 21.
Who sees this portal?
Invited people at Bellwether Health and the Juniper House account team. The team workspace pages are visible to Juniper House only.
